The Evans Family has been in the meat business since the early 1950’s, when James T. Evans, Sr. started Southeastern Meats. J.T. “Butch” Evans, Jr. grew up learning the details involved in operating an efficient meat production and distribution company. Now Butch is passing down that invaluable wisdom and knowledge to his sons who are in the business.
The other key employees in the company are veterans in the meat business as well, bringing decades of experience in butchering, quality control, purchasing, and sales. Industry experience is a key component in our company's ability to produce and deliver quality products.
