We offer a full line of both grain-fed veal and milk-fed veal. We do in-house portion controlled rack chops and loin chops cut to the customer’s specifications. We are proud to offer our customers the very best in grain and milk fed veal products.

We sell Le Quebecois veal, the first veal program to combine USDA Approved All Natural status, humane animal husbandry, full traceability, and sustainable farming practices. It has no added growth hormones or antibiotics, and the calves are humanely raised in a group setting. The calves’ nutritious diet consists of whole grains, corn, and unlimited fresh water. This natural diet gives the meat a rose color and a subtle, pure flavor ideal for professional cooking.
