None of their scallops are ever precessed or treated with chemicals and thus are truly “dry” scallops retaining their as-shucked size, weight and consistency.

They are the first to provide real-time tracking of Gulf of Mexico seafood back to its original suppliers, thereby ensuring the safety and authenticity of wild-caught finfish in the Gulf. The entire Gulf Wild brand is a registered program of the Gulf of Mexico Reef Fish Shareholder’s Alliance, a 501c(6) trade association representing catch-share fishermen and associated dealers who provide consumer access to high-quality, responsibly-caught seafood year-round.
