Le Québécois Grain-fed Veal is the all natural future of veal! Le Quebecois is the first veal program to combine USDA Approved All Natural status, humane animal husbandry, full traceability, and sustainable farming practices. It has no added growth hormones or antibiotics, and the calves are humanely raised in a group setting. The calves’ nutritious diet consists of whole grains, corn and unlimited fresh water. This natural diet give the meat a rose color with a subtle iron enriched pure flavor- the way veal was meant to taste.
