With over 30 years of combined experience in specialty food, our Specialty Category Manager and Purchasers are focused on bringing in the best cheese and specialty products from all over the world. Featuring farmstead and artisanal cheese, handcrafted salami, cured meats, condiments, and other pantry items.

Domestic Cheese

We source domestic cheese directly from producers, with a strong emphasis on farmstead and regional selections. We maintain a nice variety of cow, sheep, and goat cheese that reflects seasonality.

Imported Cheese

Whether importing directly or working with high-quality importers, we strive to carry best in category from our European trade partners, while also offering value to our customers. We try to work with producers and affineurs, rather than large-scale exporters wherever possible. Part of our mission is to provide our customers with a comprehensive selection of products that complement and enhance their menu. We stock and sell the highest quality imported and domestic specialty products, including an ever-changing cheese list.

Cured Meats

Working with domestic artisan producers and high-quality European masters, this is a very diverse category for Evans Meats. From a robust selection of cured hams from many regions, to high-quality salamis, to more novelty items like bresaola or culatello we have enough selections to keep your counter or menu stocked.

Deli Meats

We have carefully selected a handful of deli meat producers in order to source our ham, turkey, beef, and salami products. We only partner with suppliers who maintain the highest quality in their work, so that our customers can have the highest quality in their kitchens.

We now carry Thumann’s deli products, ” The Deli Best”, at Thumann’s they only use the finest ingredients to create delicatessen products.  Thumann’s products contain No MSG, are up to 97% Fat-Free, contain No Artificial Colors or Flavors, No Fillers, are Certified gluten-free, and have absolutely No Trans Fat.  We are currently carrying a full line of deli turkey and ham products, deli corn beef, deli roast beef, and other specialty products such as smoked and oven-roasted turkey, black forest ham, a variety of cheeses, and Thumann’s famous hot dogs.

Our Italian sausage and salamis come from a name that has meant excellence in the industry for over 100 years: P.G. Molinari. They commit themselves to upholding traditional methods by perfecting their fine sausages and salamis.

Dry Goods

Dry Goods is a category that has the ability to add very interesting flourishes to the center of plate items. We have a selection of pasta and grains, as well as olive oils, vinegars, and more esoteric items for the home and professional chef’s tool belt.
